
Adult Beginner Swim Lessons
It's never too late to learn! Our adult beginner swim lessons are designed for anyone who wants to feel confident and safe in the water.
Whether you're looking to overcome a fear, learn essential water safety skills, or simply gain the freedom of being able to swim, our patient and experienced instructor, Madison, will guide you every step of the way. We create a supportive, no-pressure environment where you can learn at your own pace.
Each adult session consists of five, one-hour lessons held once a week for five consecutive weeks. These lessons are scheduled directly with Madison to find a time that works best for you.
You'll master the fundamentals, including:
Getting comfortable in the water
Breath control and floating
Basic kicks and arm movements
Fundamental strokes to get you moving
